In cases where there are not enough teeth or their placement suitable for fixed prostheses, removable prostheses are made by taking support from the gum and bone in the area of ​​the lost teeth. They can be easily removed and reinserted by the patient. Interventions made to correct color and shape irregularities in teeth also fall within the scope of prosthetic dentistry. With laminate (porcelain veneers) applied after abrasions made only on the front surface of the tooth, at the enamel borders, patients achieve an aesthetically pleasing smile design.
